I finally came up with a bit of development for this character: illust/101167555
Normally, she's a bright, sweet and jolly girl. But when she gets into an atmosphere where sports or physical fitness is concerned, she becomes a surly, overbearing and overly serious terror. Specifically during gym sessions, she will take upon the role of a de-facto assistant coach, coercing her fellow workout partners to push themselves and berating them for weakness or laziness should they come short.
