im assuming lot of possibility about what happen,
first, because she so clumsy she not locking her phone, "someone" who hated her, learn her behavior, took over her phone, doing someting to her account,,,

second, because she soo clumsy and dumb, while surf on X she interested on, passing some hated posting stuff, because it looks interesting, she just RT without looking at the context, then thats happen,

the third, she actually hated nijigaku, and being confused about her URA account and because she dumb clumsy, this happen

if the truth at second scenario, being honest is the best, i would be mad, probably everyone too,,,
if the truth at first, then hasunosora was the mess, and look at her behavior, at some point any member would annoy by her, its enough reason to destroy her image, its understandable, group full of woman that cling to popularity, jealousy over money and fame👀
