Virgina Maxwell - Wild Arms 3
I was watching a streamer play through Wild Arms 3 and I thought Virginia was pretty cool so I decided to do a spot of fan art.
It was also an excuse to practice using a dip pen for illustrations and it was super fun once I started to get the hang of it.
