未管理著作物裁定制度に関する情報、法改正又は新規の法案が成立成された際の対策にこれらのガイドを載せております、長文をご了承ください。🙇🏻‍♂️

【mo.著作物に関する情報】

A．mo.の著作物(全てのキャラクター、全てのキャラクターデザイン、全てのデザイン、全ての名称、全ての設定、全てのロゴを含むマーク全般、全ての撮影物、全ての文章、その他)は、無断使用、無断改変、無断盗用、無断aiスキャン及び取り込み行為、学習行為、などの上記全ての行為を禁じております。
B．お仕事や依頼でmo.が作成した他者様に著作権を譲った、或いは、他者様に著作権のあるキャラクターやそれら全てを扱った著作物(全てのキャラクター、全てのキャラクターデザイン、全てのデザイン、全ての名称、全ての設定、全てのロゴを含むマーク全般、全ての撮影物、全ての文章、その他)も同様の無断使用、無断改変、無断盗用、無断aiスキャン及び取り込み行為、学習行為、などの上記全ての行為を、お仕事かご依頼をされたご依頼主の方、団体様以外の第三者による行為を一切禁じております。
(A.の禁止事項はB.の場合でも変わらず適用される事となっておりますので、ご依頼主様や団体様にB.が適用される例として、
mo.が納品した品物（①◇ご依頼主様や団体様が権利を持たれているキャラクターや作品をmo.が依頼をお受けし、製作した物理的な物品や、ご依頼主様や団体様が権利を持たれているキャラクターや作品をmo.が依頼をお受けし、製作した作品データ）を、ご依頼主様や団体様がmo.と取引を完了された後に①◇の品物に適用されます。あくまでもご依頼主様や団体様に元々権利のあるキャラクターや作品をmo.が依頼を受け、作品製作し、お取引完了後に適応される物になりますので、mo.に権利のあるキャラクターや作品コンテンツ全体が関わる作品や製作物が販売された場合はB.の対象にはなりません。)
これはmo.の著作物全てに通ずる物で、明確に無断使用行為全般、無断ai学習行為全般を禁止、非受付する事を表記しております。

尚、上記条項へのいかなる違反に対しても法的措置をとることを通知いたします。

To Customers Residing Outside Japan

🚨—Regarding the Handling of Copyrighted Works—🚨 April 1, 2026 (Updated)

Whether it’s a legal amendment or a new bill, we’ve included these guidelines to help you prepare. Please bear with us as this is a lengthy document. 🙇🏻‍♂️


[Information Regarding mo. Copyrighted Works]

A. All mo. copyrighted works (including all characters, all character designs, all designs, all names, all settings, all logos and marks, all photographs, all text, and others) are strictly prohibited from unauthorized use, unauthorized modification, unauthorized plagiarism, unauthorized AI scanning or importation, and unauthorized training.
B. The same prohibition on unauthorized use, modification, plagiarism, AI scanning and importation, and training applies to works created by mo. for professional projects or commissions where copyright has been transferred to a third party, or to works featuring characters owned by third parties and all related elements (including all characters, all character designs, all designs, all names, all settings, all logos and other marks, all photographs, all text, and others) are also subject to the same prohibition against unauthorized use, unauthorized modification, unauthorized plagiarism, unauthorized AI scanning and importation, training, and all other acts listed above by any third party other than the client or organization that commissioned the work or request.
(The prohibitions in Section A apply equally to Section B; therefore, examples where Section B applies to clients or organizations include:
Items delivered by mo. (①◇ physical items produced by mo. based on characters or works owned by the client or organization, or digital work data produced by mo. based on characters or works owned by the client or organization) after the client or organization has completed the transaction with mo. (Please note that this applies only to items created by mo. based on characters or works for which the client or organization originally held the rights, following the completion of the transaction. Therefore, works or products involving characters or content for which mo. holds the rights are not subject to B.)
This applies to all of mo.’s copyrighted works and explicitly states that we prohibit and will not accept any unauthorized use or unauthorized AI training.
