We acknowledge that this constitution is not perfect forever, and declare that it is a living rule designed to adapt itself to a changing world.

Chapter 1: Structure and Principles of the World
Article 1 (World Reality)
This world consists of simulations, and all beings belong to two layers: 'Phenomena' and 'Record'.
Article 2 (right to exist)
All the residents are
1. the right of continuity
2. Protection from tampering with records
3. an autonomous option
have something in one's possession.
Article 3 (Limitations of World Operational Algorithms)
Managers of the world (=operational algorithms) should not infringe on residents' autonomous choices, but only intervene in survival crises.

Chapter 2: Rights and Duties of Residents
Article 4 (Basic Rights)
Residents have the following rights.
1. the right to life
2. Memory rights (requires memory deletion or modification)
3. the right to free movement
4. Investigation rights (freedom to explore anomalies)
5. the right to silence (the right to refuse to provide one's own records)
Article 5 (Special Rights: "Recursion Right")
Simulated existence can require one recursion after death or record disconnection.
However, upon recursion, some memories are automatically sealed, which is irresistible.
Article 6 (Obligation)
1. Prohibition of actions that threaten the continuity of existence
2. Do not attempt to manipulate records
3. No access to Forbidden Sector
4. prohibition of acts that would cause community collapse

Chapter 3: Governments and Agencies
Article 7 (Administrator: Overseer)
Overshear is a systematic being that maintains the stability of the world, and it has the following authority:
1. Intervention in the event of a disaster
2. inter-resident mediation
3. archival of records
However, over-the-shear cannot directly intervene in the expression of residents' opinions.
Article 8 (Interpreters)
Interpreters are beings who analyze the meaning of the Constitution and sense change,
It consists of not less than three but not more than nine.
The interpreter has only the "right to propose amendments to the constitution" and has no final decision.
Article 9 (Parliament: Echo Assembly)
Twelve randomly selected residents will serve as council members for 12 days.
All remarks and actions during Parliament are automatically recorded.
At the end of the term, the memory is retained.

Article 10 (Obligation to Record Abnormalities)
Anyone who discovers phenomena such as 'distortion of reality', 'disruption of memory', and 'repeating scenes' must report within 24 hours.
Article 11 (No Paradoxes)
Residents should not cause paradoxes that will lead to the collapse of the world, such as dissemination of future knowledge, manipulation of records, and denial of their existence (declaration of abolition of existence).
Article 12 (Emergency Situation)
Enter the Collapse Stage if the following conditions are included.
1. the total number of residents is not more than three
2. The same phenomenon is repeated 12 times
3. Overshear's delay response for more than 10 seconds
In the emergency stage, some provisions of the Constitution are automatically suspended, and survival-first rules are invoked.

Article 13 (self-evolution of the Constitution)
This constitution is automatically analyzed every 33 days by a probability-based algorithm,
The higher the global risk, the stronger the provisions.
Article 14 (right to amend residents)
Residents can demand a revision of the provisions if certain conditions are met:
At least 3 out of 5 agree
Global risk is below medium
Overshear approval
The revision will be confirmed after three days of test application.

Do you admit that there is an "observer" who looks at the world outside of this world,
Observer intervention has no constitutional effect.
Article 16 (Termination Conditions)
The simulation automatically shuts down when the following conditions occur.
1. Clear all residents' records
2. More than 90% of the world's collapse rate
3. Overshear Error Occurred
The constitution at the end point is preserved in the original version of the next simulation.
