夜和が制作したすべての作品に関しまして以下の行為は第三者が許可なく利用することを固く禁じます。
The following acts are prohibited in relation to all works created by Yokazu.

・転載･加工･トレス・自作発言
・作品の転売行為
・イラスト自動作成など、AI学習への素材としての使用やアップロード
・SNSアイコン、ヘッダーの使用
・第三者がNFTやYouTubeの素材を含む二次利用・素材としての利用
万一上記のような行為が発覚した場合、使用料の請求措置を取らせていただきます。
上記の事は塗りマス、イラストコンテスト等の応募作品も該当します。​​

・Reproduction, processing, torres, and self-created remarks
・Resale of works
・Use or uploading of materials for AI learning, such as automatic creation of illustrations.
・Use of SNS icons and headers.
・Secondary use or use as material by a third party, including NFT or YouTube material
・In the unlikely event that any of the above actions are discovered, we will take action to charge a usage fee.
The above also applies to works submitted to 塗りマス, illustration contests, etc.
