I don't speak any more Japanese then what 2 years of basic Japanese in high school will get me so I can't really fill out everything here with a complete understanding of it, but google translate helps some.
Any way, it asked for address but since I feel uncomfortable with giving that out online and I can't read the kanji I will simply say I am Canadian and leave it at that. As for occupation I work in a call centre. Since I can't read the kanji I have picked the first option in each of those categories so don't take any of that to be the truth.
