I am a self thought beginer artist and I draw digitally. I started drawing on paper back then in November 2020. Shortly after (in December 2020) I bought myself a Wacom tablet/ tochpad without a screen, to be able to learn draw digitally. In January 2021, my motivation for drawing was gone. For about 2 years, I did nothing with art. A long time after that pause (like i said, almost 2 years), I bought myself a new Wacom tablet which had a screen. From that point onwards, my motivation for drawing went up very high, very fast.
Until now (from December 2022 - 07 January 2024) I continued to draw and I wont stop there.
My current experience in digitally drawing is about 400+ hours (07. January 2024). Not that much, but thats fine. For now.
I use ClipStudioPaint pro.
I often write ,,fail,,/ ,,failed,,/ ,,failing,,/ ect... Thats because: I do ,,fail,, illustrations. Maybe I don´t like the sketch I did or mabye the artwork just looks terrible for me. And than I usually try to fix it or I´ll leave it and mark it as ,,failed,,. It doesn´t matter if cou ,,fail,, something, at the end it wasn´t a ,,failure,,. The project might not be finished, but you might drew the sketch, anatomy, lineart, flatcolors, ect.... How can you call this ,,failed,,? A unfinished project ≠ not learned anything. You always learn, even from mistakes. Just study them.
